Terms of service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LumiSeo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

LumiSeo provides AI-powered SEO content strategy tools including keyword research, semantic clustering, content generation, and WordPress publishing.

3. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Workspace owners may invite team members; each seat is bound to one human.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are pro-rated for unused full months only. AI generation credits roll over up to 3× the monthly allowance, then expire on the renewal date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal content, spam farms, doorway pages, or anything Google's spam policies disallow.
• Scrape competitor SERPs beyond your own site's public positions and the keywords you actively track.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exfiltrate models, or bypass per-account rate limits.
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal API usage.

6. AI-generated content

You own the drafts and articles produced for you. We claim no rights to your published output. Generated text is provided as-is — you are responsible for fact-checking, brand alignment, and final publish decisions. We retain anonymised generation telemetry (prompt shape, token counts, latency) for quality improvement.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create or generate through the Service. LumiSeo retains rights to the platform, tools, and underlying technology.

8. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LumiSeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes give you 30 days notice before they apply. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
